Yes, Anne, our PE teacher, was a professional actor and holds an MA in Theater Education! Calling all improvisers! Get ready for Saturday Night Live because this workshop will give students an opportunity to explore and develop their comedic/dramatic skills. This creative workshop introduces the building blocks of improvisation through theater games. Students will experience the thrill of creating characters and scenes on the spot! Physical exercises and games will build concentration, listening, and critical thinking skills. By strengthening the ability to “live imaginatively” through self-expression and community interaction, young actors will gain confidence in their own identities and presentation skills.
