K-2 Theater Games, Character Work, and Collaborative Storytelling with Veronica Walton, Second Grade Associate Teacher

Thursdays: 3:30-5:00pm

September 7- January 27. No classes will be held on days when school is closed.

Launch into action by fun and high-energy theater games that center executive functioning and social-emotional learning, students in this class will learn how to collaboratively tell stories, build compelling characters, and share the stage with their friends. Each class will begin with theater games and evolve into scene work in which students will create and perform original stories with fully developed characters. Perfect for students with lots of energy and imagination who want to entertain, learn how to work well with others, and understand emotions and motivations.
